1. Booking & Payment
1.1. Bookings are considered confirmed only after the receipt of a non-refundable advance payment.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid before the delivery of the final photographs or videos.
1.3. Any delay in payments may result in postponement of deliverables.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
2.1. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
2.2. In case of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
2.3. If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may request a reschedule based on the studio’s availability.
3. Copyright & Usage
3.1. All photos and videos captured remain the intellectual property of Rakshita Photo Studio.
3.2. Clients are granted rights for personal use of the deliverables.
3.3. Commercial usage, including publication or resale of photographs, requires prior written consent from the studio.
3.4. The studio reserves the right to use photographs and videos for promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client.
4. Deliverables & Timeline
4.1. Final deliverables will be shared within the timeline agreed upon during booking.
4.2. Any delay in client-provided inputs (e.g., selections, approvals) will extend the delivery timeline.
4.3. Deliverables will be provided in the formats discussed, such as digital copies or printed albums.
4.4. Backup of final deliverables will be maintained for 30 days post-delivery, after which the studio holds no responsibility for storage.
5. Liability
5.1. While we strive for perfection, the studio is not liable for interruptions or delays caused by:
- Equipment malfunction or technical issues.
- Natural disasters, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.
- Client delays or failure to provide accurate event details.
5.2. Any reshoot due to such events will be charged separately.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding event details, venue access, and special requirements.
6.2. Necessary permissions or approvals for photography/videography at the event venue must be arranged by the client.
6.3. Clients must ensure timely communication with the studio for approvals or any specific requests.
7. Revisions & Feedback
7.1. Clients may request revisions within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables.
7.2. One round of minor revisions is included in the package. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges.
7.3. Feedback provided after the revision period may not be accommodated.
8. Promotional Use
8.1. Unless specified otherwise in writing, the studio reserves the right to use photographs/videos for promotional purposes, such as website galleries, social media, and marketing campaigns.
8.2. Clients may opt out of promotional usage by informing the studio in advance.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. All personal information provided by clients is handled securely and will not be shared without consent.

10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
