Booking Policy

Welcome to Rakshita Photo Studio! To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our booking policy carefully before proceeding with our services.

1. Booking Confirmation

1.1. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a non-refundable advance payment, as agreed during consultation.
1.2. Bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
1.3. The advance payment guarantees the date and time for your event or shoot.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the agreed date, typically before the delivery of final deliverables.
2.2. Payment modes include cash, bank transfers, or other accepted methods communicated during booking.
2.3. Delayed payments may result in a hold on deliverables until the balance is cleared.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.2. In case of cancellation by the client, any additional payments made may be refunded at the studio’s discretion, excluding the non-refundable advance.
3.3. If the studio cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a full refund of payments made or an option to reschedule.

4. Rescheduling

4.1. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least [X] days in advance.
4.2. Rescheduled bookings may incur additional charges depending on the new date or location.

5. Event Details

5.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, and location, at the time of booking.
5.2. Any changes to the event details must be communicated promptly to avoid disruptions.

6. Additional Costs

6.1. Travel, accommodation, or special equipment costs for outstation events are the responsibility of the client unless included in the package.
6.2. Requests for services or deliverables outside the agreed package will be charged separately.

7. Studio Rights

7.1. Rakshita Photo Studio reserves the right to decline bookings based on availability or other valid reasons.
7.2. The studio will not be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by events outside its control, such as weather, technical issues, or unforeseen emergencies.

8. Client Agreement

By proceeding with a booking at Rakshita Photo Studio, the client acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms outlined in this booking policy.
